Priority Registration Periods for the 2025-2026 School Year
Registration for the school year starting September of 2025 is now available!
You can start the pre-registration process online at apply.avela.org/boston. Schedule an appointment to complete your registration at bostonpublicschools.org/appointment.
Round 1: Priority registration for students entering K0, K1, K2, Grade 6, Grade 7*, and Grade 9:
January 6 - February 7, 2025
Assignment notifications will be sent out by March 31, 2025
*Grade 7 students will receive assignment notifications by May 31, 2025.
Round 2: Priority registration for all other grades:
February 10 - April 4, 2025
Assignment notifications will be sent out by May 31, 2025
